We offer plumbing and heating services across Dublin and surrounding areas. All work is carried out by qualified and insured professionals. We aim to complete all jobs to a high standard and as agreed with you in advance.
Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are provided based on the information given at the time. If the job changes or extra work is needed, we’ll let you know before continuing. All prices are subject to VAT where applicable.
Quotes may be given verbally, in writing, or by email and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods.
In some cases, a deposit may be required before work begins, especially for larger jobs or where materials must be ordered in advance.
Late payment may result in interest charges or legal action where necessary.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please give us as much notice as possible. For cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time, we may charge a callout fee to cover costs.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a job in the case of emergencies, unsafe conditions, or issues outside our control. We’ll always try to reschedule as soon as possible.
Warranty and Liability
We stand over our work. Most repairs and installations come with a workmanship guarantee. If there’s a problem after the job is done, get in touch and we’ll inspect and resolve it.
We are not responsible for:
- Damage caused by existing faults in your property
- Issues caused by third-party work or materials
- Consequential losses due to delays, system failures, or emergency repairs
